Its focus and priorities must focus on the main development challenges that must be promoted with priority over the specific objectives of drug policy: poverty reduction, social inclusion, human rights, governance, public health and citizen security.<\/p>\n

5.4.3. Development of 2 in-person seminars\/workshops on the design and implementation of citizen innovation laboratories in the area of public policies on drugs under a sustainable development approach.<\/p>\n

5.4.4. Development of 5 citizen innovation laboratories in the area of public policies on drugs under a sustainable development approach.<\/p>\n

5.4.5. Seed capital support for civil society organisations and\/or local entities to develop innovative prototypes for public policy on drugs under a sustainable development approach.<\/p>\n
