Este documento busca apoyar la reforma procesal penal que se ha venido dando en la Rep\u00fablica de Panam\u00e1 en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os con motivo de la adopci\u00f3n del sistema penal acusatorio, ya que esta nueva forma de administrar justicia requiere nuevas habilidades para que los litigantes (sean fiscales, defensores o querellantes) se manejen adecuadamente en un entorno de audiencias y brinden informaci\u00f3n de calidad a los jueces quienes a su vez deber\u00e1n tomar decisiones fundadas en derecho y con apoyo de la jurisprudencia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

La Comisi\u00f3n Europea est\u00e1 preparando una tercera fase de este programa, por lo que COPOLAD volver\u00e1 a principios de 2021.<\/p>\n
