Para poder desarrollar las acciones eficaces de sensibilizaci\u00f3n en este \u00e1mbito, se consider\u00f3 necesario conocer mejor las m\u00faltiples dimensiones de este fen\u00f3meno. En esta l\u00ednea, se realiz\u00f3 el proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n social sobre Estigma Social y Enfermedad Mental, contenido de esta publicaci\u00f3n. Sus objetivos principales fueron: investigar y conocer las representaciones sociales y prejuicios que la sociedad tiene de la problem\u00e1tica de las personas con enfermedad mental y sus consecuencias e impacto sobre \u00e9stas y sus familias, establecer propuestas de actuaciones que disminuyan estas actitudes y su estigma, y as\u00ed con ello aumentar la sensibilizaci\u00f3n, aceptaci\u00f3n social y el compromiso de la sociedad en la integraci\u00f3n social y laboral de las personas con enfermedad mental grave y duradera.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

La Comisi\u00f3n Europea est\u00e1 preparando una tercera fase de este programa, por lo que COPOLAD volver\u00e1 a principios de 2021.<\/p>\n
