This is a Performance Management Framework for the identification of indicators that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound; and an appropriate Monitoring and Evaluation framework to objectively assess the effectiveness, impact, and efficiency \u00a0of \u00a0the \u00a0Policy \u00a0and \u00a0the \u00a0agencies \u00a0responsible \u00a0for\u00a0 implementation. The\u00a0\u00a0core \u00a0pillars \u00a0and \u00a0the\u00a0 proposed Strategic Agendas, Operational Plans and Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks, will guide\u00a0 the implementation of the Policy over the 2014-2018 period.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
