Diagnosis and Roadmap to advance in the search for proportionality and alternative penalties for low-level drug-related crimes in the Dominican Republic.

This document has been prepared within the framework of a joint commitment between the Program for Cooperation between Latin America and Europe on Drug Policy (COPOLAD) and the Judicial Branch and the Public Defender’s Office of the Dominican Republic as one of the key actions at the regional level to advance in the search for proportionality and criminal alternatives for low-level drug-related crimes, with special attention to cases involving adolescents. This action has been financed by the European Union.
